Dasyu-maryādā and Buddhi-guided Rāja-nīti (दस्युमर्यादा तथा बुद्धिप्रधान-राजनीति)

भार्या देशो5थ मित्राणि पुत्रसम्बन्धिबान्धवा: । एते सर्वे गुणवति धर्मनेत्रे महीपतौ,जिस देशका राजा गुणवान्‌ और धर्मपरायण होता है, वहाँ स्त्री, पुत्र, मित्र सम्बन्धी तथा देश सभी उत्तम गुणसे सम्पन्न होते हैं

bhāryā deśo 'tha mitrāṇi putra-sambandhi-bāndhavāḥ | ete sarve guṇavati dharma-netre mahīpatau |

เมื่อกษัตริย์แห่งแผ่นดินเป็นผู้ทรงคุณธรรมและมีธรรมะเป็นดวงตานำทางแล้ว ภรรยา แผ่นดิน มิตรสหาย บุตร และญาติพี่น้อง—ทั้งหมดนั้นย่อมรุ่งเรืองและเพียบพร้อมด้วยคุณงามความดี
