कृतघ्नेषु च या सक्ता नृशंसेष्वलसेषु च | अपकारिषु चासक्ता सा55शा कृशतरी मया,कृतघ्न, नृशंस, आलसी तथा दूसरोंका अपकार करनेवाले पुरुषोंमें जो आशा होती है, वह (कभी पूर्ण न होनेके कारण चिन्तासे दुर्बल बना देती है; इसलिये वह) मुझसे भी अत्यन्त कृश है
kṛtaghneṣu ca yā saktā nṛśaṃseṣv alaseṣu ca | apakāriṣu cāsaktā sāśā kṛśatarī mayā ||
