एतान् मयोक्ताश्नर राजधर्मान् नृणां च गुप्ती मतिमादधत्स्व । अवाप्स्यसे पुण्यफलं सुखेन सर्वो हि लोको नृप धर्ममूल:,नरेश्वर! मेरे बताये हुए इन राजधर्मोका आचरण करो और प्रजाके पालनमें मन लगाओ। इससे तुम सुखपूर्वक पुण्यफल प्राप्त करोगे; क्योंकि सम्पूर्ण जगत्का मूल धर्म ही है
etān mayoktān nara-rāja dharmān nṛṇāṁ ca guptīṁ matim ādhatsva | avāpsyase puṇya-phalaṁ sukhena sarvo hi loko nṛpa dharma-mūlaḥ ||
ภีษมะกล่าวว่า “ข้าแต่นราธิราช จงรับไว้ในใจและปฏิบัติตามราชธรรมที่เรากล่าวแล้วนี้ และจงอุทิศตนเพื่อคุ้มครองและปกครองไพร่ฟ้าประชาชน ด้วยการนั้นท่านจักบรรลุผลแห่งบุญและความผาสุกโดยง่าย เพราะว่า ข้าแต่มหาราช โลกทั้งปวงตั้งอยู่บนรากแห่งธรรม”
