अद्य पारं गमिष्यामि वैरस्य भृशदुर्गमम् । यह सुनकर भीमसेन बोले--मधुसूदन! आप विषाद न करें। यदुनन्दन! मैं आज वैरकी उस अन्तिम सीमापर पहुँच जाऊँगा, जहाँ जाना दूसरोंके लिये अत्यन्त कठिन है
adya pāraṁ gamiṣyāmi vairasya bhṛśa-durgamam |
เมื่อได้ยินดังนั้น ภีมเสนกล่าวว่า “โอ้ มธุสูทนะ! อย่าได้เศร้าโศกเลย. โอ้ ยทุนันทนะ! วันนี้เราจะข้ามไปถึงฝั่งอันยากยิ่งแห่งความอาฆาต—ไปถึงเขตแดนสุดท้ายที่ผู้อื่นยากจะไปถึง.”
