द्वैपायनह्रदे दुर्योधनान्वेषणम् / The Search for Duryodhana at Dvaipāyana Lake
अपूजयदमेयात्मा युयुत्सुं वाक्यमब्रवीत् | प्राप्तकालमिदं सर्व ब्रुवता भरतक्षये
apūjayad ameyātmā yuyutsuṁ vākyam abravīt | prāptakālam idaṁ sarvaṁ bruvatā bharatakṣaye ||
ผู้มีจิตใจสูงส่งและมีกำลังใจหาประมาณมิได้ ได้ให้เกียรติยุยุทสุแล้วกล่าวว่า “ถ้อยคำทั้งหมดที่เจ้ากล่าวนั้นถูกกาลยิ่งนัก ในยามที่วงศ์ภารตะกำลังมุ่งสู่ความพินาศ”
संजय उवाच
Even amid catastrophic conflict, speech and action should be timely and grounded in dharma: respect is shown first, then counsel is offered with awareness that events have reached their destined culmination (kāla).
Sañjaya narrates that a great person first honors Yuyutsu and then addresses him, remarking that the situation has reached its decisive moment, set against the backdrop of the Bharata/Kuru line’s impending ruin in the war.
