ध्वजं निपतितं दृष्टवा पाण्डवं च व्यवस्थितम्
dhvajaṁ nipatitaṁ dṛṣṭvā pāṇḍavaṁ ca vyavasthitam | saṅkruddho madrarājo 'bhūc charavarṣaṁ mumoca ha ||
สัญชัยกล่าวว่า—เมื่อเห็นธงล้มลง และเห็นปาณฑพ (ยุธิษฐิระ) ยืนมั่นอยู่เบื้องหน้า พระราชาแห่งมทระคือศัลยะก็เดือดดาล แล้วปล่อยห่าศรดุจฝน.
