Brahmaśirastra-pratisaṃhāra — Retraction and redirection of the supreme weapon
Sauptika Parva, Adhyāya 15
पाण्डवास्त्व॑ं च राष्ट्र च सदा संरक्ष्यमेव हि | तस्मात् संहर दिव्यं त्वमस्त्रमेतन्महाभुज
pāṇḍavās tvaṃ ca rāṣṭraṃ ca sadā saṃrakṣyam eva hi | tasmāt saṃhara divyaṃ tvam astram etan mahābhuja mahābāho ||
เจ้าพึงคุ้มครองปาณฑพทั้งหลาย ตนเอง และแคว้นนี้ให้มั่นคงเสมอ ฉะนั้น โอ้ผู้มีพาหุอันเกรียงไกร จงถอนและระงับศัสตราทิพย์ของเจ้านี้เสีย
