ते त्वास्थाय रथान् सर्वे बहुशस्त्रपरिच्छदान् । अभिष्नन्तो रथव्रातान् सेनायोगाय निर्ययु:
te tv āsthāya rathān sarve bahuśastra-paricchadān | abhiṣṇanto rathavrātān senāyogāya niryayuḥ ||
แล้วพวกเขาทั้งหมดขึ้นรถศึกซึ่งพร้อมด้วยอาวุธและเครื่องศึกนานาประการ ด้วยเจตนาจะเข้าทำลายหมู่ทหารรถศึกฝ่ายตรงข้าม จึงออกไปเพื่อรวบรวมและจัดกระบวนทัพ
