Transliteration

yudhiṣṭhira uvāca | dyūte kṣattaḥ kalaho vidyate naḥ ko vai dyūtaṃ rocayed budhyamānaḥ | kiṃ vā bhavān manyate yuktarūpaṃ bhavadvākye sarva eva sthitāḥ sma ||

Translation

ยุธิษฐิระกล่าวว่า “โอ้กษัตฤ (วิทุระ) ในการเล่นลูกเต๋าย่อมมีการวิวาทและบาดหมาง ผู้มีปัญญาใดเล่าจะพอใจในการพนัน? โปรดบอกสิ่งที่ท่านเห็นว่าสมควรและเหมาะควร เพราะพวกเราทั้งหมดพร้อมจะทำตามถ้อยคำของท่าน”
