नारभेतान्यसामर्थ्यात्‌ पुरुष: कार्यमात्मन: । मतिसाम्यं द्वयोर्नास्ति कार्येषु कुरुनन्दन,मनुष्यको चाहिये कि वह अपना कार्य दूसरेके बलपर न करे। कुरुगाज! किसी भी कार्यमें दो पुरुषोंकी राय पूर्णरूपसे नहीं मिलती

nārabhetānyasāmarthyāt puruṣaḥ kāryam ātmanaḥ | matisāmyaṃ dvayor nāsti kāryeṣu kurunandana ||

ทุรโยธนะกล่าวว่า “มนุษย์ไม่ควรเริ่มกิจของตนโดยอาศัยกำลังของผู้อื่น โดยเฉพาะเมื่อตนเองไร้ความสามารถ โอ ผู้เป็นความชื่นใจแห่งกุรุ! ในกิจการงาน ความเห็นของคนสองคนย่อมไม่ตรงกันโดยสิ้นเชิง”
