Adhyāya 31: Rājasūya-samāgama — The Gathering of Kings and the Ordering of Hospitality

ततश्चर्मण्वतीकूले जम्भकस्यात्मजं नृपम्‌ | ददर्श वासुदेवेन शेषितं पूर्ववैरिणा,इसके बाद चर्मण्वतीके तटपर सहदेवने जम्भकके पुत्रको देखा, जिसे पूर्ववैरी वासुदेवने जीवित छोड़ दिया था

tataś carmaṇvatīkūle jambhakasyātmajaṃ nṛpam | dadarśa vāsudevena śeṣitaṃ pūrvavairiṇā ||
