मागधगिरिव्रजप्रवेशः — Entry into Girivraja and Jarāsandha’s Protocol Inquiry
एवमेव तदा वीर बलिभि: कुकुरान्धकै: । वृष्णिभ्रिश्न महाराज नीतिहेतोरुपेक्षित:
evam eva tadā vīra balibhiḥ kukurāndhakaiḥ | vṛṣṇibhiś ca mahārāja nīti-hetor upekṣitaḥ ||
ข้าแต่พระมหาราชผู้เป็นยอดวีรบุรุษ! ฉะนั้นแล ในกาลนั้น เหล่านักรบผู้ทรงกำลังแห่งเผ่าคุกุระ อันธกะ และวงศ์วฤษณี ได้จงใจเมินเฉยต่อชราสันธะ เพียงเพื่อธำรงไว้ซึ่งนีติ—ความรอบคอบทางราชนโยบายและธรรม
