Jarā’s Account and the Enthronement of Jarāsandha (जरासंधोत्पत्तिः अभिषेकश्च)
तयो: समभवद् गर्भ: फलप्राशनसम्भव: । ते च दृष्टवा स नृपति: परां मुदमवाप ह,उन दोनों शुभस्वरूपा रानियोंने उस आमके दो टुकड़े करके एक-एक टुकड़ा खा लिया। होनेवाली बात होकर ही रहती है, इसलिये तथा मुनिकी सत्यवादिताके प्रभावसे वह फल खानेके कारण दोनों रानियोंको गर्भ रह गये। उन्हें गर्भवती हुई देखकर राजाको बड़ी प्रसन्नता हुई
tayoḥ samabhavad garbhaḥ phalaprāśanasambhavaḥ | te ca dṛṣṭvā sa nṛpatiḥ parāṃ mudam avāpa ha ||
จากพระมเหสีทั้งสองนั้น บังเกิดครรภ์ขึ้นด้วยอานุภาพแห่งการเสวยผลไม้ ครั้นพระราชาทรงเห็นว่าทั้งสองทรงครรภ์แล้ว ก็ทรงบรรลุความปีติยินดีอย่างยิ่ง เหตุการณ์นี้ชี้ให้เห็นว่า สิ่งที่ลิขิตไว้ย่อมต้องเป็นไป และสัจจวาจาของฤๅษีผู้กล่าวความจริงย่อมมีผลสัมฤทธิ์เป็นจริง
