Vaiśravaṇa-sabhā-varṇanam

Description of Kubera’s Assembly Hall

नानाप्रहरणैरुग्रैर्वातिरिव महाजवै: । वृतः सखायमन्वास्ते सदैव धनदं नूप

nānāpraharaṇair ugrair vātir iva mahājavaiḥ | vṛtaḥ sakhāyam anvāste sadaiva dhanadaṃ nṛpaśreṣṭha ||

นารทกล่าวว่า—โอ้กษัตริย์ผู้ประเสริฐ! เมื่อถูกแวดล้อมด้วยบริวารอันดุร้ายผู้ถืออาวุธน่าสะพรึงนานาชนิด รวดเร็วประหนึ่งลม พระองค์ย่อมนั่งอยู่ใกล้สหายของตนเสมอ คือธนท (กุเบร) ผู้ประทานทรัพย์ไม่ขาดสาย.
