तथेमां विपुलां सेनां गुप्तां पार्थ त्वयानघ । न शेकुः पार्थिवा: सर्वे चक्षर्भिरपि वीक्षितुम्,“निष्पाप कुन्तीकुमार! तुम जिसकी रक्षा करते हो, उस विशाल सेनाकी ओर सारे राजा आँख उठाकर देख भी नहीं सके हैं
tathemāṁ vipulāṁ senāṁ guptāṁ pārtha tvayānagha | na śekuḥ pārthivāḥ sarve cakṣurbhir api vīkṣitum ||
โอ้ปารถะผู้ปราศจากมลทิน! กองทัพอันไพศาลซึ่งอยู่ในความคุ้มครองของท่านนั้น เหล่ากษัตริย์ทั้งปวงถึงกับไม่อาจเงยหน้ามองได้แม้ด้วยตาตนเอง
