कर्ण पश्य महारज्गे ज्वलन्तमिव पावकम् | असौ भीमो महेष्वास: संनिवृत्तो रणं प्रति,“उधर दृष्टिपात करो। कर्ण युद्धके महान् रंगमंचपर प्रज्वलित अग्निके समान प्रकाशित हो रहा है और महाधनुर्धर भीमसेन युद्धस्थलकी ओर लौट पड़े हैं
sañjaya uvāca | karṇa paśya mahāraṅge jvalantam iva pāvakam | asau bhīmo maheṣvāsaḥ saṃnivṛtto raṇaṃ prati |
สัญชัยกล่าวว่า— “โอ้กรรณะ จงดูเถิด—บนเวทีสงครามอันกว้างใหญ่ เขาโชติช่วงดุจเปลวเพลิง. ภีมะ ผู้เป็นมหาธนูรธร ได้หันกลับและกำลังมุ่งคืนสู่สมรภูมิ.”
