कर्णेन युधिष्ठिरानीकविदारणम् / Karṇa’s Breach of Yudhiṣṭhira’s Battle-Line
दृष्टवा तु तं रथं युक्त कवची स शरासनी । बाणमादाय तं दिव्यं सोमविष्ण्वग्निसम्भवम्,उस रथको जुता हुआ देख भगवान् शंकर कवच और धनुषसे युक्त हो चन्द्रमा, विष्णु और अग्निसे प्रकट हुए उस दिव्य बाणको लेकर युद्धके लिये उद्यत हुए
dṛṣṭvā tu taṃ rathaṃ yuktaṃ kavacī sa śarāsanī | bāṇam ādāya taṃ divyaṃ somaviṣṇvagnisambhavam ||
ครั้นเห็นราชรถนั้นผูกเทียมพร้อมแล้ว พระองค์ทรงสวมเกราะและทรงธนู แล้วทรงหยิบศรทิพย์ซึ่งกำเนิดจากโสมะ วิษณุ และอัคนี ขึ้นไว้ในพระหัตถ์ พร้อมจะออกสู่สงคราม
