कर्णेन युधिष्ठिरानीकविदारणम् / Karṇa’s Breach of Yudhiṣṭhira’s Battle-Line
स तीव्रं तप आस्थाय प्रसादयितवान् भवम् । अस्त्रहेतो: प्रसन्नात्मा नियत: संयतेन्द्रिय:
sa tīvraṃ tapa āsthāya prasādayitavān bhavam | astr-hetoḥ prasannātmā niyataḥ saṃyatendriyaḥ ||
เพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งอาวุธทิพย์ เขาได้ตั้งมั่นในตบะอันเข้มกล้า ด้วยจิตผ่องใสและสำรวมอินทรีย์ จนยังภวะ (พระศิวะ) ให้ทรงพอพระทัย
