अर्जुनने संशप्तकोंके रथके त्रिवेणु
siddhadevarṣisaṅghāś ca cāraṇāś cāpi tuṣṭuvuḥ | devadundubhayo neduḥ puṣpavarṣāṇi cāpatam ||
อรชุนได้ฟันทำลายตรีเวณุ ล้อ และเพลารถศึกของพวกสังศัปตกะให้แหลกเป็นเสี่ยง ๆ เขาสังหารนักรบ ม้า และสารถี ทำลายอาวุธและแล่งลูกศร ฉีกธงรบเป็นชิ้น ๆ ตัดแอกและบังเหียน ทำลายเครื่องหุ้มหนังและคูบระที่ติดไว้เพื่อการป้องกัน เขาหักแท่นรถและแอก บดที่นั่งรถและไม้ที่ยึดเพลาให้แตกกระจาย ดุจลมพายุฉีกเมฆมหึมาให้ขาดวิ่น ฉันใด อรชุนผู้มีชัยก็ฉีกทำลายรถศึกเป็นท่อน ๆ ทำให้ผู้คนทั้งปวงตะลึงงัน และเพียงลำพังแสดงวีรกรรมอันน่าชมประหนึ่งมหารถีนับพัน—เพิ่มความหวาดหวั่นแก่ศัตรู ฉันนั้น เหล่าสิทธะ เทพ และหมู่ฤๅษี พร้อมทั้งจารณะ ต่างสรรเสริญด้วยความยินดี กลองทิพย์กึกก้อง และดอกไม้โปรยปรายจากสวรรค์
