जवेनाभ्यद्रवन्‌ द्रोणं महता नि:स्वनेन च । पाण्डवा: सोमकै: सार्ध ततो युद्धमवर्तत

Transliteration

javena abhyadravan droṇaṃ mahatā niḥsvanena ca | pāṇḍavāḥ somakaiḥ sārdhaṃ tato yuddham avartata ||

Translation

แล้วเหล่าปาณฑพพร้อมด้วยโสมกะก็พุ่งเข้าหาท่านโทรณะด้วยความเร็วและเสียงคำรามกึกก้อง. นับแต่นั้น ณ ที่นั้นศึกอันดุเดือดก็ปะทุขึ้น.
