नरनारायणोौ क्रुद्धौ ज्ञात्वा देवा: सवासवा: । व्यथिताश्रिन्तयामासु: किंस्विदेतद् भविष्यति,नर और नारायणको कुपित जान इन्द्रसहित सम्पूर्ण देवता व्यथित हो चिन्ता करने लगे; यह क्या होनेवाला है?
nara-nārāyaṇau kruddhau jñātvā devāḥ savāsavāḥ | vyathitāś cintayāmāsuḥ kiṃ svid etad bhaviṣyati ||
สัญชัยกล่าวว่า—ครั้นรู้ว่านรและนารายณะกริ้วแล้ว เหล่าเทพทั้งปวงพร้อมด้วยพระอินทร์ก็สะทกสะท้านด้วยความกังวล และพากันครุ่นคิดว่า “บัดนี้จักเกิดสิ่งใดขึ้นเล่า?”
संजय उवाच
Even the gods become uneasy when extraordinary spiritual power is stirred by anger; the verse highlights the ethical tension between immense capability and the need for restraint to preserve cosmic and moral order.
Sañjaya reports that the gods, led by Indra, realize Nara and Nārāyaṇa are wrathful and, fearing the consequences of their unleashed potency, anxiously deliberate about what outcome will follow.
