Droṇa-parva Adhyāya 109 — Karṇa–Bhīma Yuddha and Durmukha’s Fall (कर्णभीमयुद्धम्; दुर्मुखवधः)

क्षेमधूर्तिस्तु संक्रुद्ध: कैकेयस्य महात्मन: । धनुश्चिच्छेद भल्‍लेन पीतेन निशितेन ह,इससे क्षेमधूर्ति अत्यन्त कुपित हो उठा और उसने पानीदार तीखे भल्लसे महामनस्वी केकयराजका धनुष काट डाला

kṣemadhūrtis tu saṃkruddhaḥ kaikeyasya mahātmanaḥ | dhanuś ciccheda bhalleṇa pītena niśitena ha ||

สัญชัยกล่าวว่า—เมื่อเกษมธูรติเดือดดาล เขาก็เข้าจู่โจมพระราชาแห่งไกเกยะผู้มีจิตใจยิ่งใหญ่ และด้วยศรภัลละอันคมกริบเป็นประกาย ได้ฟันคันธนูของพระองค์ขาดเป็นสองท่อน
