भीष्मस्य मध्याह्नयुद्धवर्णनम् / Mid-day Battle Description: Bhīṣma Engaged by the Pāñcālas
आपततन्तं तु निस्त्रिंशं युद्धमार्गविशारद: । लाघवाद् व्यंसयामास सौभद्र: परवीरहा,युद्धके पैतरोंको जाननेमें कुशल तथा शत्रुवीरोंका संहार करनेवाले सुभद्राकुमारने अपनी ओर आती हुई अम्बष्ठकी तलवारको अपनी फुर्तीके कारण निष्फल कर दिया
āpatatantaṃ tu nistriṃśaṃ yuddha-mārga-viśāradaḥ | lāghavād vyaṃsayāmāsa saubhadraḥ para-vīra-hā ||
