यत्‌ पुरा मत्सरी भूत्वा पाण्डवानवमन्यसे । तस्य पापस्य गान्धारे पश्य व्यसनमागतम्‌,'गान्धारीपुत्र! पूर्वकालमें डाह रखकर तू जो हम पाण्डवोंका तिरस्कार करता आया है, उसी पापके फलस्वरूप यह संकट तेरे ऊपर आया है। तू आँख खोलकर देख ले
