यत्ता भीष्म परीप्सध्वं रक्षमाणा: समन्ततः । मा नः प्रपश्यमानानां श्वेतान्मृत्युमवाप्स्यति
yattā bhīṣma parīpsadhvaṁ rakṣamāṇāḥ samantataḥ | mā naḥ prapaśyamānānāṁ śvetān mṛtyum avāpsyati ||
สัญชัยกล่าวว่า “จงเร่งปกป้องภีษมะ—คุ้มกันท่านไว้ทุกทิศทุกทาง อย่าให้ยอดนักรบผู้ขาวผ่องนั้นนำความตายมาสู่เรา ขณะที่เรายืนมองอยู่ต่อหน้า”
