स मुमोच महेष्वास: शरसंघाननेकश:
sa mumoca maheṣvāsaḥ śarasaṅghān anekaśaḥ, jighāṃsantaṃ yudhāṃ śreṣṭha tadā āsīt tumulaṃ mahat |
สัญชัยกล่าวว่า “ข้าแต่พระราชา! นายธนูผู้ยิ่งใหญ่นั้นปล่อยฝนลูกศรเป็นชุด ๆ ซ้ำแล้วซ้ำเล่า ครั้นเมื่อภีษมะ ผู้เป็นยอดแห่งนักรบ รุดหน้าไปด้วยหมายจะสังหาร และถูกโจมตีเช่นนั้น เสียงอึกทึกแห่งศึกอันใหญ่หลวงและน่าสะพรึงก็ปะทุขึ้น”
