प्रीतस्तेडभिगमेनाहं जयं तव नराधिप । आशासिष्ये सदोत्थाय सत्यमेतद्‌ ब्रवीमि ते,“नरेश्वर! तुम्हारे इस आगमनसे मुझे बड़ी प्रसन्नता हुई है; अतः: सदा उठकर मैं तुम्हारी विजयके लिये शुभकामना करूँगा। यह तुमसे सच्ची बात कहता हूँ

Transliteration

sañjaya uvāca |

prītaste'bhigamenāhaṃ jayaṃ tava narādhipa |

āśāsiṣye sadotthāya satyam etad bravīmi te ||

Translation

สัญชัยกล่าวว่า “ข้าแต่มหาราช การเสด็จมาของพระองค์ทำให้ข้าพเจ้าปลื้มปีติยิ่งนัก ข้าพเจ้าจะลุกขึ้นทุกวันและถวายพรชัยเพื่อชัยชนะของพระองค์อยู่เนืองนิตย์ ข้าพเจ้ากล่าวความนี้แก่พระองค์โดยสัตย์จริง”
