भीष्मपर्व — अध्याय ११०: पार्थभीमयोः प्रहारः तथा भीष्माभिमुखं संग्रामविस्तारः

Arjuna and Bhima’s pressure; escalation toward Bhishma

अनुजानामि व: पार्था: प्रहरध्वं यथासुखम्‌ । एवं हि सुकृतं मन्ये भवतां विदितो हाहम्‌

sañjaya uvāca | anujānāmi vaḥ pārthāḥ praharadhvaṃ yathāsukham | evaṃ hi sukṛtaṃ manye bhavatāṃ vidito hy aham ||

สัญชัยกล่าวว่า “โอ บุตรแห่งปฤถา ทั้งหลาย เราอนุญาตแก่ท่านแล้ว—จงโจมตีตามที่เห็นสมควรโดยไม่ต้องยั้งมือ เพราะด้วยวิธีนี้เราถือว่าหน้าที่ของเราได้สำเร็จดีแล้ว: เราได้ทำให้ตัวเราและสารของเราเป็นที่ประจักษ์แก่ท่านทั้งหลาย”
