शूद्रास्तु मन्दगा नित्यं पुरुषा धर्मशीलिन:,मन्दग जनपदमें शूद्र रहते हैं। वे भी धर्मात्मा होते हैं

śūdrās tu mandagā nityaṁ puruṣā dharmaśīlinaḥ
