भीमसेनस्य बहुमहारथसंयुगः

Bhīmasena’s Engagement with Multiple Mahārathas

दारयन्निव पद्धयां स जगतीं जगदी श्वर: । क्रोधताम्रेक्षण: कृष्णो जिघांसुरमितद्युति:,सम्पूर्ण जगत्‌के स्वामी, अमित तेजस्वी भगवान्‌ श्रीकृष्ण क्रोधसे लाल आँखें करके भीष्मको मार डालनेकी इच्छा लेकर पैरोंकी धमकसे वसुधाको विदीर्ण-सी कर रहे थे

sañjaya uvāca | dārayann iva padhyāṃ sa jagatīṃ jagadīśvaraḥ | krodhatāmrekṣaṇaḥ kṛṣṇo jighāṃsur amitadyutiḥ ||

สัญชัยกล่าวว่า—พระกฤษณะผู้เป็นจอมแห่งสากลโลก ผู้มีรัศมีหาประมาณมิได้ ทรงมีเนตรแดงด้วยพระพิโรธ และเสด็จรุดหน้าด้วยพระประสงค์จะประหารภีษมะ; แรงกระทบแห่งพระบาททำให้ดูประหนึ่งว่าพื้นพิภพกำลังแยกออก.

Sañjaya describes Kṛṣṇa surging forward in anger, intent on killing Bhīṣma; his steps are so powerful that the earth seems to裂. This belongs to the episode where Kṛṣṇa, seeing Arjuna hard-pressed by Bhīṣma, moves to intervene directly.
