शकुनेः पुत्रेण सह आश्वमेधाश्वविषयः संघर्षः — Arjuna’s restrained engagement with Śakuni’s son during the horse-escort
एवं प्रमुदितं सर्व पशुगोधनधान्यत: । यज्ञवार्ट नृपा दृष्टवा परं विस्मयमागता:
evaṁ pramuditaṁ sarvaṁ paśu-godhānya-dhānyataḥ | yajñavāṭaṁ nṛpā dṛṣṭvā paraṁ vismayam āgatāḥ ||
ดังนั้นมณฑลพิธียัญนั้นจึงรื่นรมย์และอุดมสมบูรณ์รอบด้าน มีสัตว์บูชา โคทรัพย์ ทรัพย์สิน และธัญญาหารบริบูรณ์ ครั้นบรรดากษัตริย์ทั้งหลายได้เห็นการจัดยัญอันโอฬารนั้น ก็พากันพิศวงยิ่งนัก
