atīva prekṣaṇīyo bhūn merur munigaṇair iva | mattānāṁ hṛṣṭarūpāṇāṁ strīṇāṁ puṁsāṁ ca bhārata ||
ไวศัมปายนะกล่าวว่า—โอ ภารตะ! ที่นั้นน่าชมยิ่งนัก ประหนึ่งเขาพระเมรุที่รายล้อมด้วยหมู่มุนี ท่ามกลางชายหญิงผู้เมามัวด้วยความยินดี มีสีหน้ารุ่งเรืองและเปี่ยมความปลาบปลื้ม
