प्राप्रुवन्ति महात्मान इति वित्त द्विजर्षभा: । द्विजवरो! जिनके राज्यमें श्रेष्ठ पुरुषोंकी सब प्रकारसे रक्षा की जाती है, वे महामना नरेश इस लोकमें आनन्दके भागी होते हैं और परलोकमें अक्षय सुख प्राप्त करते हैं, ऐसा समझो
prāpnuvanti mahātmāna iti vitta dvijarṣabhāḥ |
วายุกล่าวว่า—“จงรู้เถิด โอผู้ประเสริฐในหมู่ทวิชะ: พระราชาผู้มีใจสูงส่งซึ่งในแว่นแคว้นของพระองค์คุ้มครองบัณฑิตและคนดีเลิศอย่างรอบด้าน ย่อมเป็นผู้มีส่วนแห่งความสุขในโลกนี้ และครั้นละสังขารแล้ว ย่อมบรรลุสุขอันไม่เสื่อมสลายในปรโลก”
