Brahmā’s Instruction on Elements and Faculties

सर्ववित्‌ सर्वभूतेषु विन्दत्यात्मानमात्मनि । जो मनको हृदयकमलमें स्थापित करके अपने भीतर ही ध्यानके द्वारा आत्मदर्शनका प्रयत्न करता है

sarvavit sarvabhūteṣu vindaty ātmānam ātmani |

พระวายุตรัสว่า “ผู้ใดตั้งจิตไว้ในดอกบัวแห่งหทัย แล้วเพียรด้วยสมาธิภายในเพื่อเห็นอาตมันในตน ผู้นั้นย่อมเป็นผู้รู้ทั่วถึงสรรพสัตว์ทั้งปวง; และในหทัย-มโนย่อมประจักษ์ซึ่งสภาวะสูงสุดแห่งปรมาตมันโดยตรง”
