वैशम्पायन उवाच ततः स पृथिवीपाल: पाण्डवानां धुरंधर: । निर्ययाौ सहसोदर्य: सदारश्न नरर्षभ:,वैशम्पायनजी कहते हैं--जनमेजय! तब पाण्डव-धुरन्धर पृथ्वीपाल नरश्रेष्ठ युधिष्ठिर अपने भाइयों और स्त्रियोंक साथ नगरसे बाहर निकले
vaiśampāyana uvāca tataḥ sa pṛthivīpālaḥ pāṇḍavānāṃ dhuraṃdharaḥ | niryayau sahasodaryaiḥ sadāraiś ca nararṣabhaḥ ||
ไวศัมปายนะกล่าวว่า—แล้วพระยุธิษฐิระ ผู้เป็นเจ้าแห่งแผ่นดิน ผู้แบกรับภาระแห่งปาณฑพ และเป็นยอดแห่งมนุษย์ ได้เสด็จออกนอกนคร พร้อมด้วยพระอนุชาและสตรีแห่งราชสกุล
