นารทกล่าวว่า: พระราชาผู้ทรงปรีชาญาณ ผู้เป็นบุตรแห่งฤๅษี ครั้นแล้วได้ตรัสถ้อยคำนั้นแก่จักเรทส—ร้อยเรียงคำตักเตือนด้วยวิจารณญาณและภาระแห่งราชธรรม
