Śrāddha-Kalpa: Pitṛ-Pūjā and Tithi-Phala (श्राद्धकल्पः पितृपूजा च तिथिफलम्)
पूयन्ते तत्र नियतं प्रयच्छन्तो वसुन्धराम् । सर्वे च कथिता धर्मास्त्वया मे कुरुनन्दन,उनमें वे ही पवित्र होते हैं जो नियमपूर्वक पृथ्वीका दान करते हैं। कुरुनन्दन! आपने मुझसे समस्त धर्मोंका वर्णन किया है

pūyante tatra niyataṃ prayacchanto vasundharām |
sarve ca kathitā dharmās tvayā me kurunandana |
ในแดนนั้น ผู้ที่ถวายแผ่นดิน (ที่ดิน) เป็นทานด้วยความสม่ำเสมอและมีวินัย ย่อมได้รับความบริสุทธิ์แน่นอน โอ้ผู้เป็นความปีติแห่งวงศ์กุรุ ท่านได้อธิบายธรรมทั้งปวงแก่ข้าพเจ้าแล้ว
