यांतां ब्रह्मर्षय: सिद्धा: प्रार्थयन्ति परां गतिम् । भारत! ये गौएँ चन्द्रमाके साथ उस ब्रह्मलोकमें निवास करती हैं, जो परमगतिरूप है और जिसे सिद्ध ब्रह्मर्षि भी प्राप्त करनेकी इच्छा रखते हैं
yāntāṃ brahmarṣayaḥ siddhāḥ prārthayanti parāṃ gatim |
โอ้ภารตะ! จุดหมายอันสูงสุดซึ่งแม้พรหมฤๅษีผู้สำเร็จแล้วก็ยังปรารถนาจะบรรลุ—โคเหล่านั้นย่อมมุ่งไปสู่จุดหมายนั้น โคทั้งหลายพำนักอยู่ในพรหมโลกอันเป็นรูปแห่งปรมคติ ร่วมกับพระจันทร์
