8 % «७-०७ २:४००००हैं:.. >नीी-.+-+- _ .मम++िानननन नमन भयभीत कबूतर महाराज शिबिकी गोदमें काशिराज्यं तदद्यैव त्वदर्थ जीवितं तथा । त्यजेयं भव विश्रब्ध: कपोत न भयं तव,“कबूतर! आज ही मैं तेरी रक्षाके लिये यह काशिराज्य अर्थात्‌ प्रकाशमान उशीनर देशका राज्य तथा अपना जीवन भी निछावर कर दूँगा। तू इस बातपर विश्वास करके निश्चिन्त हो जा। अब तूझे कोई भय नहीं है'

kāśirājyaṃ tad adyaiva tvad-arthaṃ jīvitaṃ tathā | tyajeyaṃ bhava viśrabdhaḥ kapota na bhayaṃ tava ||

ภีษมะกล่าวว่า— “โอ้พิราบเอ๋ย เพื่อคุ้มครองเจ้า วันนี้เรายอมสละแม้ราชอาณาจักรกาศี กระทั่งชีวิตของเราเองก็ยอมได้ จงวางใจเถิด เจ้าไม่มีสิ่งใดต้องหวาดกลัวอีก”
