Transliteration

ṛgvede vartate cāgrayā śrutir yatra mahātmanaḥ |

Translation

ในฤคเวทมีศรุติอันประเสริฐและเป็นปฐมที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับมหาตมะผู้นั้นปรากฏอยู่ ข้าแต่พระราชา ณ ที่นั้นเหล่าพราหมณ์ยกย่องฤๅษีกฤตสมทะอย่างสูงยิ่ง; พรหมฤๅษีกฤตสมทะรุ่งเรืองด้วยเดชทางธรรม และมั่นคงในพรหมจรรย์
