वैशम्पायन उवाच इत्युक्ता सा तु कृष्णेन व्यासेन तु सरिद्वरा । त्यक्त्वा शोक॑ महाराज स्वं वार्यवततार ह

Transliteration

vaiśampāyana uvāca | ity uktā sā tu kṛṣṇena vyāsena tu saridvarā | tyaktvā śokaṃ mahārāja svaṃ vāry avatāra ha ||

Translation

ไวศัมปายนะกล่าวว่า—ข้าแต่มหาราช! เมื่อพระกฤษณะและฤษีวยาสได้ตักเตือนดังนี้แล้ว คงคาผู้เป็นยอดแห่งสายน้ำก็ละความโศก และลงกลับสู่สายน้ำของตนเอง
