Transliteration

rajjayasva prajāḥ sarvāḥ prakṛtīḥ parisāntvaya | suhṛdaḥ phala-satkārair arcayasva yathāhataḥ ||

Translation

จงทำให้ราษฎรทั้งปวงยินดีผาสุก จงปลอบประโลมเสนาบดีและองค์ประกอบแห่งรัฐทั้งหลาย และจงยกย่องมิตรสหายผู้หวังดีตามควร ด้วยผลไม้และการต้อนรับอันสมเกียรติ
