Transliteration

prayataḥ prātarutthāya yadadhīye viśāmpate | prāñjaliḥ śatarudrīyaṃ tan me nigadataḥ śṛṇu prajānātha ||

Translation

โอ้เจ้าแห่งปวงชน ทุกวันยามรุ่งอรุณข้าลุกขึ้นด้วยความสำรวม ควบคุมจิตและอินทรีย์ แล้วประนมมือสวดและศึกษา “ศตรุทรียะ” บัดนี้จงฟังเมื่อข้ากล่าวแก่ท่าน
