अड-#-#क+ एकोनपज्चाशर्दाधिकशततमो< ध्याय: श्रीविष्णुसहसत्रनामस्तोत्रम्‌ (यस्य स्मरणमात्रेण जन्मसंसारबन्धनात्‌ । विमुच्यते नमस्तस्मै विष्णवे प्रभविष्णवे ।।

vaiśampāyana uvāca: śrutvā dharmān aśeṣeṇa pāvanāni ca sarvaśaḥ | yudhiṣṭhiraḥ śāntanavaṃ punar evābhyabhāṣata ||

ไวศัมปายนะกล่าวว่า ครั้นทรงสดับคำสอนแห่งธรรมทั้งสิ้น พร้อมทั้งหลักอันบริสุทธิ์ซึ่งชำระบาปได้โดยรอบด้านแล้ว พระราชายุธิษฐิระ ผู้เป็นโอรสแห่งธรรมะ จึงทูลถามภีษมะ โอรสแห่งศานตนุ อีกครั้งหนึ่ง
