Bhīṣma’s Yogic Departure, Royal Cremation, and Gaṅgā’s Lament (भीष्मस्य योगयुक्त्या देहत्यागः, पितृमेधः, गङ्गाविलापः)
य एष कथितो राजन् मया सज्जनसंनिधौ । शड्करस्योमया सार्ध संवादो धर्मसंहित:,नरेश्वर! भगवान् शंकरका पार्वतीजीके साथ जो धर्मविषयक संवाद हुआ था, उसे इन सत्पुरुषोंके निकट मैंने तुम्हें सुना दिया
ya eṣa kathito rājan mayā sajjana-saṁnidhau | śaṅkarasyomayā sārdhaṁ saṁvādo dharma-saṁhitaḥ ||
ภีษมะกล่าวว่า “โอ้พระนเรศวร ในท่ามกลางสัตบุรุษเหล่านี้ ข้าพเจ้าได้เล่าให้ท่านฟังแล้วถึงบทสนทนาอันประกอบด้วยธรรมะ ซึ่งเกิดขึ้นระหว่างพระศังกรกับพระอุมา”
