देववत् सततं साध्वी भर्तारमनुपश्यति । दम्पत्योरेष वै धर्म: सहधर्मकृत: शुभ:
devavat satataṁ sādhvī bhartāram anupaśyati | dampatyor eṣa vai dharmaḥ sahadharmakṛtaḥ śubhaḥ ||
พระมหेशวรตรัสว่า “ภรรยาผู้มีศีลย่อมเฝ้ามองและปรนนิบัติสามีอยู่เสมอ ดุจบูชาเทพเจ้า นี่แลคือธรรมของสามีภรรยา—ธรรมร่วมที่กระทำด้วยกัน เป็นทางอันเป็นมงคล”
