हरतुल्याम्बरधरा समानव्रतधारिणी । बिभ्रती कलशं रौक्मं सर्वतीर्थजलोद्धवम्‌,उस समय भूतोंकी स्त्रियोंसे घिरी हुई गिरिराज-नन्दिनी उमा सम्पूर्ण तीर्थोके जलसे भरा हुआ सोनेका कलश लिये उनके पास आयीं। उन्होंने भी भगवान्‌ शंकरके समान ही वस्त्र धारण किया था। वे भी उन्हींकी भाँति उत्तम व्रतका पालन करती थीं
