(गीर्भि: परमशुद्धाभिस्तुष्टवुश्च मनोहरम्‌ ।।) विमुक्ता: सर्वपापेभ्य: क्षान्‍न्ता विगतकल्मषा: | भगवान्‌ शंकरका दर्शन करके उन सभी महर्षियोंने पृथ्वीपर सिर रखकर उन्हें प्रणाम किया और परम शुद्ध वाणीद्वारा उनकी मनोहर स्तुति की। वे सभी ऋषि सम्पूर्ण पापोंसे मुक्त, क्षमाशील और कल्मषरहित थे ।। तस्य भूतपते: स्थानं भीमरूपधरं बभौ

gīrbhiḥ paramaśuddhābhis tuṣṭuvuś ca manoharam | vimuktāḥ sarvapāpebhyaḥ kṣāntā vigatakalmaṣāḥ || tasya bhūtapateḥ sthānaṃ bhīmarūpadharaṃ babhau ||

นารทกล่าวว่า “ด้วยถ้อยคำอันบริสุทธิ์ยิ่ง มหาฤษีเหล่านั้นสรรเสริญด้วยบทสรรเสริญอันไพเราะ พวกท่านพ้นจากบาปทั้งปวง อดกลั้นและไร้มลทิน ครั้นได้เฝ้าพระศังกรแล้วก็กราบลงโดยวางเศียรแตะพื้นดิน ครั้นนั้นสถิตสถานของพระผู้เป็นเจ้าแห่งสรรพสัตว์ก็ปรากฏขึ้นในรูปอันน่าเกรงขาม”
