Śiva-nāmānukīrtana-prastāvaḥ

Prologue to the praise of Śiva and the Upamanyu testimony

द्वैपायनप्रभूतयस्तथा चेमे तपोधना: । ऋषय: सुव्रता दान्ता: शृण्वन्तु गदतस्तव

dvaipāyanaprabhūtayas tathā ceme tapodhanāḥ | ṛṣayaḥ suvratā dāntāḥ śṛṇvantu gadatas tava ||

ภีษมะกล่าวว่า “ขอให้เหล่าฤๅษีเหล่านี้—มีทไวปายนะเป็นประธาน—พร้อมด้วยบรรดาตโปธนะผู้มั่งคั่งด้วยตบะ ผู้ทรงพรตอันประเสริฐและผู้สำรวมอินทรีย์ จงสดับถ้อยคำของท่านเมื่อท่านกล่าวเถิด”
