Śrī-nivāsa: Traits and Conditions for the Abode of Prosperity (श्री-निवासः)
एवं तदा श्रीरभिभाष्यमाणा देव्या समक्ष गरुडध्वजस्य । उवाच वाक्यं मधुराभि धान मनोहरं चन्द्रमुखी प्रसन्ना,रुक्मिणीके इस प्रकार पूछनेपर चन्द्रमुखी लक्ष्मीदेवीने प्रसन्न होकर भगवान् गरुडध्वजके सामने ही मीठी वाणीमें यह वचन कहा
evaṁ tadā śrīr abhibhāṣyamāṇā devyāḥ samakṣaṁ garuḍadhvajasya | uvāca vākyaṁ madhurābhidhānaṁ manoharaṁ candramukhī prasannā ||
เมื่อถูกถามดังนั้น พระศรี (พระลักษมี) ผู้มีพักตร์ดุจจันทร์ก็ทรงยินดี แล้วตรัสถ้อยคำอันหวานไพเราะและน่าฟัง ต่อหน้าพระผู้ทรงธงครุฑโดยตรง
